Help Find 1/4 inch to dual XLR cable

Where could I find a short, nice looking (but not too expensive) cable with a 1/4 inch TRS male connector on one end, and dual three-pin XLR male connectors on the other?  This is to connect a DAC (Centrance DACport) to a headphone amp (SPL Phonitor).  Also, I don't want to use a 1/4 inch to 3.5mm adapter.

Who (preferably in the US) could custom make one besides these places:

Thanks for your help

This is a good resource for finding quality leads and connectors.

You can only go with two RCA to XLR adaptors from www.guitarcity.com and 1/4 TRS (that's stereo) to two RCA pig tail from RadioShack. That will kill the sound. You need a regular DAC. Not " Headphone amp DAC" to Phonitor.

Any other suggestions?  There must be dozens of places, though I can't find them!

Actually, the DACport can be used as a line out:

Can I use the headphone output as a line level output?
Yes! The headphone output is designed to drive a variety of headphones and line inputs. While DACPort is ideal in protable applications due to its small size, you can also connect it to an external amplifier with speakers and use it as a USB DAC at home as part of a permanent setup. To make the connection, you would need a 1/4" to two RCA or two XLR jacks.

You can tyically get away with that, but why would you want to?  The DacPort is one of the best sounding all in one pieces I've heard to date.  The output strength is limited, but does far better than one would expect fro something driven by a USB port.  It runs Class A so it gets quite warm in operation...not a problem at all, but the fact that is dissipates such heat, tells me they're serious about what they're doing!  ;)  You can listen to one at 32 Ohm, as Ken carries them.  It even drives a T1 @ 600ohms and sounds beautiful.

Wait a minute...

You don't need an adapter for that, you need a couple of transformers so you can convert from unbalanced to balanced differential.  Or you can do it actively with OpAmps...  But why do you want to do this?

You would be MUCH better off using a 6.5mm plug to dual RCA unbalanced, since the signal is unbalanced to start with.  Let the Phonitor have the signal straight from the DacPort.  You'll have much better audio quality that way.
