I have for sale a brand new, never unpackaged, 47 Laboratory Gaincard & Humpty amplifier for sale on eBay.

The BuyItNow is £1595 which is an unbelievable price for this amazing amplifier.

I have owned countless pairs of AKG K1000s over the last decade. Over that time I invested in amplification for these earspeakers, from the legendary EAR V20 to Kondo offerings, to Nelson Pass designs to RedWineAudio delights.

The Gaincard & Humpty is not only a beautifully engineered and realised amplifier, it happens to be my favorite solid state amp for the K1000s. But to market this work of electronic art only as an earspeaker amplifier would be a crime. I use my own personal Gaincard with a pair of Avantgarde Duos and it's sublime.

As if the BuyItNow I have set is not low enough on this brand new Gaincard & Humpty (roughly half the dealer price!), I would like to offer an opportunity to a fellow Head-Fi'er.

If he/she were to buy this at the BuyItNow price of £1595, I would be prepared to sell a pair of 47 Laboratory "Kishemon" Reference speaker cable at a tiny fraction of their selling price of around 900 EUR!

It's a beautiful ribbon cable of the purest copper, and the very best connection to the Gaincard special binding posts. It gets the very most from this special amplifier!
