I purchased both of these units less than a month ago and they are still in pristine condition. They are both 110v versions. The d100 can switch to 220v. I wish I had another use for them as they are excellent products, however I got a once in a lifetime deal on some upgrade gear and would have no use for them. Talk about bad timing!
I paid $500 including shipping for the D100 and would like $300 for it, plus actual shipping for 7lbs from zip code 92602. This would make a great DAC/Headphone amp for someone on a budget. D100 also has balanced outputs if you need a balanced source on a budget. You can checkout reviews here: http://www.head-fi.org/forum/thread/499562/review-yulong-d100-dac-amp-reference-quality-with-a-reasonable-price. It works perfectly, no noise or any other issues and is in pristine cosmetic condition.
