So i was trying to have a voice chat with one of ma buddies and at some point the voice would go glitchy and robotic it tells me so i wonder then i move the wire seen on the picture below The big wire on the Vibrate side
And i own these headphones
And when i move the wire in a specific direction i get full sound and good voice but when i turn it at any other direction i get shity sound like a part of the song is missing like i wont hear bass or dums
anyone has any idea how to fix or should i just send it to a repairman
