Upgraded Darkvoice 336SE, WeeeeeeSquirrel's "OVERHAULIN'" version.  It sounds much cleaner, smoother, more detailed and dynamic than the stock unit.  A great match for the DT880/600, too!

In addition to the mods that W_S listed, he also upgraded the RCA input and [pre-amp] output jacks.

 

The W_S-DV336SE will be shipped with the stock tubes.  

 

This is a great, all-tube headphone amp that drives the K501 very well, too, but has a special synergy, IMHO, with the DT880/600.  Complete with original box, packing materials and "owner's manual".
