CMOY with dual power supply

I am building two CMOYs in the same box, and I had a +/-15v dual supply lying around so I tried hooking it up.  I ran the positive and negative wires to their respective places on the opamps and the output from the center terminal to ground.  If I have only one opamp insterted, it works great.  If I have both in, there is a very loud hum beneath the music in one channel and ONLY hum in the other.

 

Any thoughts?  I can post pictures tomorrow.

I hope you build your amps without rail splitter schematic, usually in CMoy ?

Yes, I am going directly from the power supply to the op amps.
