The amp comes with a Sylvania drive tube, a GE power tube, a Russian 6H13C "Coke bottle" power tube (These tubes did not come with the amp ergo they are quite a bit better vs the stock ones), and the stock Chinese driver tube.
Here are the specs:
Drive Impedance Range: 32-600 ohms
Frequency Response: 10Hz-20kHz +/-1dB
S/N: 98dB
Power Output: 1Watt
So basically it will drive just about any headphone. I personally used with my volume tolerance (On average) is about a half turned on the volume dial.
Physically it is in ok condition. the finish has a few rather small chips on the corner. I am not sure how they got there as it has not been "banged around", so to speak. It has pretty much been sitting on a desk for the while that I have had it (2 year-ish). There is also some lettering coming off around the volume control (Due to me constantly adjusting it?). In any case, these physical features are not noticeable to the lazy eye, and do not effect performance in the least.
$SOLD+ shipping to anywhere in CON-USA. (I am willing to do trades or bargain price)
Here be some pictures (take note, I am no shutter bug hah):

Those are the chips I was talking about. It seems to be only the finish however; no metal is actually chipped.

Left most is the Russian power tube (vintage), left middle is a GE power tube (vintage, comes with box), right middle is a Sylvania driver tube (Vintage, comes with damaged box), right most is the original Chinese driver tube that came with it.
