This is a late '08 aluminum Macbook 13''. I bought this October 21, 2008 from Apple, along with the Apple Extended Warranty which expires on October 21, 2011 (more than 1 year of warranty left!). It is pretty much in near perfect condition as I slapped on a full body BestSkinsEver immediately. I even have extra full top cover and palmrest pieces of the BestSkinsEver unused. The screen has no scratches and works perfectly. I also have a Mario decal slapped on the top of the BestSkinsEver as shown in the pictures below. This is a special decal and is hard to find anywhere (and very fun too!), but if you don't want it, I can take it off. You can take it off yourself as well, and it should leave no residue.
The Macbook will be shipped with ALL ORIGINAL ACCESSORIES AND PACKAGING (INCLUDING OS X 10.5 Leopard disc). I will do a fresh install of OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard, iLife 2009, and Office 2008 for you (discs will not be included).
The battery still holds a very healthy charge.
