Go watch Grave of the Fireflies if you want to be miserable.

Ponyo made me feel really good. Actually, basically any Studio Ghibli film will do that, aside from Grave of the Fireflies of course.

Does animes count? If so Clannad is the most melancholic series that I have ever watched in my life. I cried more than three times while watching despite the fact that I am a guy.

Everything goes :).

Feel good: Speed Racer (The colours alone are stimulating enough to make me feel better!)

Feel bad: This is a little bit harder... Movies that are devastatingly depressing aren't usually ones you watch over and over again. The anime series Gun Grave was rather sad near the end (and had wonderful music) and the movie In Bruges was a nice combination of dark comedy and really depressing events.

I think Seven Pounds would qualify for being good and giving you a bad feeling.

Ultimate feel bad movie : An American Crime

My friend cried at the sad state of humanity after this one, and it's based on a true story, which was even more terrible than the movie.

That was a horrible story!. Sad thing is there is so many worse stories out there in the world then this :(.

Quite some jump from Wallace and Gromit. Going to need a lot of W&G after this...

I think the most hardcore movies I've seen were PUSHER and BLEEDER:

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0117407/

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0161292/

the former was an emotions roller coaster but the latter was really too hardcore...these are not hollywood fairy tales.

most feel good? I dunno, probably Revolver: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0365686/

I've got the TC and DC on BD, I've seen each of them a dozen times I think...everything kicks ***: the actors, the OST, the story, the colors, the general idea...brilliant movie from the first to the last frame.

Macha: A wise man once told me... there's only one rule in this world, a small question that drives all success. The more a man invests in that question, the more powerful that man will become.
Macha: Can you guess what that question is, Mr. Green?
Macha: What's in it for me?

I remember that as a feel good movie. Maybe I am sick. It´s the one where Kevin Spacey get a mid life crysis and fall in love in a teen right?

Oops, I forgot "I stand alone", this one will make you cry like a little girl...I've never seen a movie end like this, this is really ****** **: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0157016/

And for US movies? "Running Scared" was really over the top: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0404390/

Some scenes are meant to make you feel really really sick...w/o any violence, though. Who knew Paul Walker could act?

The movie "Up" makes you feel both bad and good.
