I recently had a problem that required me to deal with customer service at Westone, and Rachelle in particular. The details aren't important, but it involved an issue that was in no way their fault and would absolutely NOT have been covered under the normal warranty. Luckily for me I like the Westone sound because even if I didn't, I would be loyal to them forever after how I was treated It took a few tellings of my story to get to the right person,(Rachelle) but once I did she was friendly and was able to get my issue straightened out. Also worth mentioning, was that EVERYONE, including the original phone receptionist was friendly and helpful. Customer service is something that's always been VERY important to me and great service is getting scarce. Thanks again for everything and I hope to be in Colorado soon for a tour and hopefully(budget dependent) a set of customs.
