Was basing this soley on speed & nothing else.. I know of a member named Chris who pain stakingly tested the 02/HD800/900 along with other known fast headphones.. The 02 were the fastest, but he felt the HD800/900 speed bettered the SA5000.. Very long thread with great info.. The title was about good headphones for speed metal..& I know Roger who feels the DT48 is probably faster then the K1000, but put the 900 more on par with the HD800.. & the HD800 is faster then the DT48 according to two members I trust.. Some believe a higher OHM means a faster headphone.. But some of the fastest headphones seem to be between 5-70 ohms.. At least in the dynamic world.
900-what? Pro900? it's a major bass fart from what I can see. Ultrasone will never reach the SONY pinnacle IMO.
