If anyone is wondering what a k501 is (meaning what it sounds like), It basically sounds like a cheaper k701.  It's everything the k701 was, just...less of it.  Still good cans nonetheless

Sorry for discussion but the K501 is much better than K701 even the original MSRP is less.  This is why K501 usually gone in a day while K701 can be here for weeks.

Entirely a matter of opinion.  I personally like the brightness of the k702.  It gets pretty laid back after it burns in for two or three weeks(GOOD GOD), but I fully understand that there are people that don't.
