Can someone recommend me a DAC/AMP?

I just sold my Cantate.2 but now I'm kinda regreting it. I was interested in getting the Symhpony.2, but it's very expensive.

 

Which good DAC/AMP for about $600 can you recommend me? I'll use it mostly connected to my laptop and listening to CDs and lossless files.

 

Note that I'm from Brazil, so I need the seller to ship it internationally.
