I dunno, don't wanna be ants in the pants, but I think I see them for that price everywhere.

Admittedly there's also many who seem to think they can sell them used for that kind of money, which I don't understand at all.

For new, in the box, with a warranty?  Yes, it's a great price.  There's 2 or 3 pair on the F/S section for the upper $200s to $300 right now.  To be able to open a box, put my own germs on it and have a warranty, it's perfect.

Thanks, imackler, for posting this deal.  Good stuff !!

Edit: I just pushed the order button on the HD-600.  No problems with the code, and their shipping (UPS Ground, or USPS Priority Mail) is free!  Thanks again!

I think you misunderstood, the Headroom one is at least $129 after shipping which is the around the same as the Amazon price.

???????

I don't see that any of the sellers of the used D2000 offer free next day shipping or even next day shipping as part of their stated price on the page that I linked.  blink.gif

He only has free standard 3-5 day shipping. E-mail me through Amazon and we'll negotiate I'll be willing to lower the price to match his for 3-5 day shipping.

Not sure what you mean by 'non-exclusive'.

Paying a premium for discontinued products can be a very wise idea indeed;

depending on the amount of the premium and the type of item.

Tiffany lamps, for example.

Saw this on Ebay.

Colorfly c3 for $40usd....

Tempted to risk it, might be a big pricing mistake but not sure.

They weren't a limited edition. And the D2000s probably won't appreciate much if at all in like five years. At best they'd remain around the same price they are now like the Sony CD3000.

Very tempting, but no ALAC compatibility stops me from buying this. Nine left a few minutes ago.
