For new, in the box, with a warranty?  Yes, it's a great price.  There's 2 or 3 pair on the F/S section for the upper $200s to $300 right now.  To be able to open a box, put my own germs on it and have a warranty, it's perfect.

I think you misunderstood, the Headroom one is at least $129 after shipping which is the around the same as the Amazon price.

He only has free standard 3-5 day shipping. E-mail me through Amazon and we'll negotiate I'll be willing to lower the price to match his for 3-5 day shipping.

They weren't a limited edition. And the D2000s probably won't appreciate much if at all in like five years. At best they'd remain around the same price they are now like the Sony CD3000.
