Someone was selling them locally and ended up breaking the cable that morning, so he reduced it to $120 and tossed in a Total Bithead amp for free. It was pretty unbelievable.

Ignore the prices before Senn invoked its MAP early last year.  As long as the MAP remains in place, you are not likely see see prices that low in the U.S.  Used "like new" currently at Amazon for $169 (the price I got mine new in the late summer of 2011) is now a very low price.

sennheiser hong kong also did the same. All prices are up.
