Already bought them at amazon, but I added to cart and tried the online code anyway just to see and it didn't work.

Fine print:

*$20 off purchase of $99 or $100 off purchase $599. Not to be used in conjunction with other coupons, promotions or offers. No cash value. Excludes discounted and clearance items, price matches, used gear, tax/shipping charges, scratch and dent, vintage equipment, Gift Cards and musician services (GC Garage & GC Studios & Pro Coverage). Some manufacturers have chosen not to participate in this promotion; they may be found at http://www.guitarcenter.com/couponexclusions. Coupon is redeemable in-store, online or at (866) 543-0741 only with valid coupon code. Offer valid now thru 12/31.

Figures Guitar Center would only allow that coupon to be used on MSRP priced items. LOL

Thanks, i dont know if i'm going to keep them though. Today i received AKG K272's and so far i'm not too crazy about them, if i don't like Pro 750's they're both going back, and the wife will let me live to see another day biggrin.gif

What about them do you not like? Personally I like the sound of the AKG's but they lacked bass in the worst way!! I used them for gaming and they were wonderful!! Better than they were with music IMO but bass was way to weak for my liking

Ultrasone pro 750's dropped down some more to $166

http://www.amazon.com/Ultrasone-PRO-Closed-Back-Professional-Headphones/dp/B003USCCFA/ref=sr_1_1?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1356781760&sr=1-1&keywords=Ultrasone+PRO+750+Foldable+Closed-Back

About AKG 272's i think that's it, lack of bass. I mean, bass is there, but it's kind of hidden in the background is the best way i can describe it right now. I can't talk about them too much i had them only for a day, but it wasn't love at first sight. I give them until Monday and see how it goes, and then i can compare them to Pro 750's and see what i like more.

Yeah, i'd be careful with them. I got on the matrix m stage order. It's been well over a month now and the still haven't shipped. I'm a bit peeved to say the least. They say the manufacturer wasn't expecting so many orders. Well tough! when you have an order worth approximately 10 grand you make stuff happen! Not that mass drop has been very helpful, but still, I want results, not "I'm sorry but that's all we really know at this point" Anyone else have similar experiences?

I received my Audioengine A2 from massdrop fairly quickly. It can't really be helped if they placed a big order with a small company that wasn't expecting such a large order.

+1

Massdrop orders directly from a manufacturer, so it will depend on how fast the manufacturer fills their orders, whether it's a big company or not.

Return to product information

Denon AH-D600 on Amazon,

New in Open-Box. Looks and works as if Brand New. Includes all original accessories and warranty. AUTHORIZED DEALER.

$329 with shipping. That's a great price on these headphones.

I use these regularly at work and recommend them highly as a great fun headphone that works well with all popular music listening. They also look great and are comfortable.
