Yep...disappointing. Every time I came back to head-fi and saw there were 50+ new posts in this thread, I would come in and the same earphonesolutions coupon was being talked about. Lame. Cyber monday perhaps??

Well, i was expecting better this year considering last year there were some pretty nice deals. On the plus side if you're American you got a good deal on Sennheiser offerings and although I was bummed there was no big deals on ALO or Hifiman gear I was able to land a pair of Heir Audio 4A's for 40% off. I guess you just have to roll with the punches

But yah, I had been in the market for a pair of HE-400's to compare to the HD650's, and a great Amp, but the ones I want aren't moving an inch. The Bottle Crack Amp, Schiit Asgard/Valhalla and O2+Odac Combo (free shipping Monday) are all pretty much stock pricing!

After last year great Black Friday deals like the TF10 for example, I was pretty hopeful we would get some amazing bargains this year. Instead this Black Friday turned out to be a pretty lame one, I'm particularly disappointed with Amazon they definitely did not live up to expectations.

Ironic isn't the proper term. This was simply a mistake on the seller's part.
