I read about it being on clearance at that price for weeks.  But didn't see any left locally.

The rack was full (at least 6) in the store where I found them complete with a thick layer of dust on the top of all the packages. I didn't find them in the main headphone area, and the "Sales Associate" said they didn't have any, but I stumbled into them at a mini-display rack with Sony IEMs in the middle of the floor near the cell phones well away from the main headphone area. They also had the over the ear sport version (XBA S65) for $68 or $69, I don't remember the exact price.
 

I got a shipping notification at around noon today.

Also a great replacement for coal if the recipient is an avid head-fier. 

Speaking of beats, when i was black friday shopping i saw kids huddle around the beats in the headphone isle and all beg their parents. It was the saddest thing i've ever seen. 

Alas, most consumers are retards and wonder why their broke and have crap quality products.

I just noticed it says HiFiMAN’s Black Friday thru Cyber Monday Madness under the HE-300 only, so it's not looking promising for the HE-400 as far as a Cyber Monday sale.
