WTB: 2SK213 MOSFET

As the title says, I'm looking for any quantity (preferably 3 or more) of 2SK213 MOSFETs.  I know this is a long shot, but if anybody had a few to spare, I would be more than willing to buy them.

Can usually substitute use IRF510 or IRF610 if you don't find these.

Thanks FallenAngel!  I actually have a bunch of 510's hanging around from my last build and I was curious as to what the hype about the 2SK213 series was.  I found a source on eBay, but if anybody has a few they'd be willing to part with for a cheaper price, I'd gladly get those instead.

Part of the hype about the Renesas/Hitachi parts is centered around the low input capacitance (Ciss), and the sound of course. They do sound different from others to me. If you compare the data sheets for the 213 and something like the 510 and take a look at the graphs that relate to Vgs you can see that the Renesas/Hitachi part looks to be more linear, which can be somewhat misleading... and I'll stop now. One never knows really unless one builds the thing and listens for oneself.

 

I think I have some loose 214 or 215s laying around somewhere. These ain't cheap parts nowadays. Pm me if you think you may be interested in a few for your project.
