jailbroken Ipod touch 32gb 3rd gen, screen protector since day one, functions perfectly, no known issues, though the back has inevitable scuffs and scratches from use without a case (used without a case for the first month, after I realized the back was scuffed and scratched, I purchased a case, actually, two cases) will include one case free of charge, will also include included power cable and belkin remote/extension, no earbuds though....but since we're all audiophiles here...a pair of stock apple earbuds would be rather pointless wouldn't it? anywho, the warranty is valid until april 30, 2011 so if you encounter any issues along the way, you'll have peace of mind knowing apple has your back.
willing to trade for a very lightly used/NIB 160gb ipod classic still under warranty (preferably with a case) I will include the following along with the ipod,one case, belkin remote/extension, and apple power cable
minus one case (of your choice) wall charger and unused screen protector, if you want these accessories, I'd have to ask for a tiny bit more $ as compensation for the price difference
