In Ears for around 70

I was thinking of either purchasing the Klipsch S4's for roughly $80 or the Head-Direct Re0's for $90 or a couple of the v-moda bass freq's for $10 each.  Are the Klipsch's or the Head's worth more money? I am just looking for some in ears for good listening and good bass.  I don't want extremely high quality headphones.  If there are any other really cheap but good in ears let me know. Thanks

MP4Nation M2 /ViSang R03 is a great sounding reasonably priced IEM. Nice bass, with warm mid-centric sound, the highs are smooth and ever so slightly rolled off but very nice to listen to. In comparison the S4 are bassier but the treble is very sibilant and the S4 have a very small soundstage. Can't comment on the RE0 other than many have described them as having good quality bass but not alot of quantity (in other words bass light for many).

The RE0s sound nice, like dweaver and most others on Head-Fi say, the bass is light.  Mine have been burned in for at least 100 hours, and I really like the sound.  The bass is definitely there, but it's not in your face.

You mentioned you wanted bass, the Klipsch are kind of known for having a good amount of bass (maybe too much).  If you have a Bestbuy near you, they sell the Klipsch S4, so you can check them out and return them if you feel they're not worth it.

both of them looked good and both got good reviews.

one thing about the s4's, when you put them in your ears, do they make you look weird? i hear that they stick out a bit?

Also, the v-moda bass freq's are good, and at 10 bucks thats just an amazing deal. How do the bass freq's compare to the s4's or the vb's?

Fischer Audio Eterna or Silver Bullet may be worth considering over Klipsch, imho.

They don't compare to anything. They are nasty little bass cannons. An in-ear version of the Sony XB500. I like them less than JVC marshmallows.

As for recommendations, do some reading on the ViSang R03/Brainwavz M2 (as suggested above), FIscher Audio Eterna, Hippo VB, and Xears TD100. Seems like you want a lot of bass (which RE0s don't have) and these are the best options in the $50-100 range. The S4s are decent but a full level below all of these for me.
