WTS jailbroken Ipod touch 32gb 3rd gen, screen protector since day one, functions perfectly, no known issues, though the back has inevitable scuffs and scratches from use without a case (used without a case for the first month, after I realized the back was scuffed and scratched, I purchased a case, actually, two cases) will include one case free of charge, will also include included power cable and apple wall charger, no earbuds though....but since we're all audiophiles here...a pair of stock apple earbuds would be rather pointless wouldn't it? anywho, the warranty is valid until april 30, 2011 so if you encounter any issues along the way, you'll have peace of mind knowing apple has your back. my asking price? $259.99 shipped within the CON US, the cases alone cost more than $25, and the wall charger $30, actually, I'll throw in both cases if interested

 

for $259.99,249.99 I will include the following along with the ipod, two cases,one extra unused belkin screen protector, belkin remote/extension, wall charger and power cable

by the way, if you need to (dare I say) fight the warranty, any evidence of jailbreaking can be easily achieved with a system restore
