Included (but not pictured) are (2) JAN-12B4A tubes, (2) Sylvania JAN-5751 tubes, and (1) GE JAN-5751 tube.

The amp is seven years old (purchased in 2003). All tubes are NOS purchased. I am the original owner and built this from the kit, it was not assembled by MAD.
