Cello recipes you've discovered worth trying?

I've gotten into this cello craze. The lemoncello is great but has me curious to do some of my own. Any recipes worthy of consideration would be appreciated. I've seen recipes for baconcello and couldn't believe it.

While I'm not familiar with the liqueur (or the manufacturing of said drink), I will say this: some people just like to drink their meat.

I really hope that's a recipe that involves both bacon and Lemoncello rather than a bacon flavoured liqueur.
