Sansa Fuze V2 Rockbox track skip delay

I have a Rockboxed Sansa Fuze V2 which is great but when I press the skip button it still plays the current track then 2 seconds later it will change to the next track. This is so annoying. I have tried the new Bootloader V3 and the newest Rockbox build but I seem to have the same bug.

That sucks.....it doesn't happen on my V1. I wonder if this affects everyone with V2's, or if it is specific to just yours?

It's a well known fact Rockbox is unstable on V2 of Sansa Fuze. I haven't bothered installing Rockbox on my Sansa Fuze.

I notice a small delay when switching tracks but nothing near the 2-second gap?  FWIW, all the files playing are FLAC.

 

I wonder if the minor delay is the buffer for gapless playback playing out?
