I am looking to make/buy my own tube clock. These things look bass ass. I want these tubes. http://www.jb-electronics.de/html/elektronik/nixies/n_gr414.htm. Where can i buy them and how much should i expect to pay for one.

So about 1k$ on hand for one? No kidding, might be the actual going rate for them.

These are just as rare as some NOS valves and used to have collector prices as well.

Might be more realistic to look into 6 digits nixie clocks with e.g. nice russian IN-18 nixie tubes.
