I'm selling two pairs of Etymotic ER4P. Each of these come with 3 sets of black foam tips, at least one set of unused silicone tips, at least 3 sets of filters with the replacement tool, shirt clip, and an original ER4P carry pouch. Neither have been used much in the last 18 months, but both have been checked for working condition in the last 30 minutes.
The stock pair: I purchased these in 2003, but Etymotic sent me a brand new replacement pair in early 2006, so don't be alarmed when the serial number on the box doesn't match. They appear to be in the same excellent condition as when I first purchased them. This pair will ship in the original Etymotic box. Selling these for $115 shipped in the US. Stock pair is sold.
The recabled pair: I purchased these used around 2008, and sent them out to a head-fier to have them recabled to pure silver. The builder told me the cable is 0.2mm soft silver and 1m long. The resistors are in the plug, so no annoying resistor box tapping against your chest. It's been a long time since I've A/B'd the two headphones, considering all the effort required to pop the headphones in/out and wait for the seal, so asking me the differences probably won't produce too many results. Plenty of threads on the forums describing the differences of pure silver cables (not that cheap silver-plated copper). Selling these for $140 shipped in the US. These are now sold.
