I have two black Hammond cases 1455T2201 (6" width x 8.66" depth x 2" height) with accessories for sale. Four metal panels have partial holes drilled / pencil marks on them for easier drilling. Only one panel has complete holes.

Panel 1 - Amp rear: Amphenol + 1 pair RCA jacks (already drilled)
Panel 2 - Amp front: 1/8" hole for Neutrik TRS 1/4" and Alps RK27 potentiometer
Panel 3 - Pencil markings for PSU rear - IEC and Amphenol
Panel 4 - Pencil markings for circular switch (SPST)
Panels can be sent off to Front Panel Express for ease of drilling. Highly recommended to do so if all you have is a hand drill or no drill press.

Amphenol jacks and plugs (two jacks, two plugs, 6-pins each), unsoldered
One pair RCA jacks, 0.25" mounting hole (no isolating washers), unsoldered
One Schurter IEC, unsoldered
Rubber feet (Hammond provided)
