Closed headphones for gaming ~120

I was thinking of the A700 as a good choice, are there better alternatives?

Yes, the Ad700's have a better soundstage than the M50's.

Its true...open-backed headphones is what you need in this case.

Perhaps he can't get open?

 

My recommendation for closed headphones in that price range for gaming would be the Denon D1001, which to me has the least offensive soundstage for gaming in that price range. They do leak a little bit of sound and don't isolate amazingly though.

Well...i never tried Denons for gaming...strictly for music.
