I have looking to buy myself another pair of Sony MDR-7506s and re-cable them as I hate the coiled cable with a passion. I am relatively good with a soldering iron so shouldn't be a problem.
At this same time i am a cable skeptic so i could use this re-cabling as an experiment.
Can someone recommend me a cable for my Sony's that will in your opinion make a difference to the overall sound.
Looking to spend £25 ($40) total on a two meter run of cable.
I will be running a cable from each cup.
