I have two NW-HD5.
1) Color Black: Brand new. Opened the box, but used it for less than 10 minutes.
2) Color Silver. Perfect Condition, Clearly looks New. Used 1 month.
These MP3 players are discontinued, but they still sell for $200 on eBay. They are know for their excellent sound quality, and also has a Line out which really lets the portable Amps shine.
