I booked my flight today so I'm officially in now. Looking forward to seeing Seattle for the first time and meeting a bunch of new people, though I've already met a few, including sachu.

Will probably cram some gear into my carry-on, to include:

- Arcam rDac (don't actually have it yet, should be very soon though)

- Schiit Asgard

- Audio-Technica AD2000

If for some reason I can't pack everything into my carry-on, would anyone be able to receive 1 small box that I'd send out and then send back to me after the meet? (Box would contain only headphones - the AD2K and either T1 or HD800, depending on requests.)

It will be nice to have you Asr. If you need to, I probable could receive and send your cans. All my stuff comes to a ups store and is received and held in back for me by people I trust until I can pick it up later that day. You got over the fact that it may be raining?

Aren't embedded taxes something crazy?  I know in Hawaii, cigs were cheaper the last time I was there, but beer was usually a buck or two more expensive than Seattle.  Gotta quit again some time soon.  The smoking...not the beer.

Planning on borrowing a DAC from Gil in case we can't resuscitate the Assemblage for the meet.  Man I hope we can get that thing working again...listening to the Stacker straight out of the SB Touch is like switching to Monarch vodka after drinking Belvedere.  They both do the same thing, but one just does it that much better.  Fortunately, I don't have to make weird ick faces after listening to the SB Touch analog outputs though.

Hrmm....been to 9lb hammer a long time ago, and can't remember if they have much food.  While I doubt we need a banquet or anything, having a good dinner might be nice.

Too some Head-fiers good taps is the only requirement. Curbfeeler could tell you that. I like good food for the after meet. When I get guests from the airport we stop at Stellar. Would like to get some feedback to what else is around. There is a Herfy's right there. Will be sneaking there during the meet.
