Sachu, don't rub it in! We don't take kindly to fanboys............. Just kidding. We are all fan boys to listening to music. You should listen to the new music I got since I seen you! Glad you are in aural nirvana. Enjoy my friend! The meet is only a few weeks away!

Hello all, man this is going to be awesome meet, I am freaking excited!

Just an update for my gear that I can bring.  I just got a Audio gd Dac 19dsp +c2 combo amp that I can bring along with my fully markl modded LA2000 denon.  Should I bring these?  Just wondering if there is room, saw someone posted earlier if there was room.  Let me know guys.

Wasn't there the pic at the Portland meet that implicates us all as fanboys, Gil?

If the HDD is a USB one, you can connect it up to the Squeezebox Touch and listen with the Stacker on my rig.  Caveat is that the SB is a little slow on reading HDD drives, in my experience.  It's why I usually go to meets with just an SD card in it.

Check with Big Poppa, but I think he mentioned that we'll have multiple rooms so space shouldn't be a problem.

Aww man.  That stinks.  Hope your situation changes, but if not, we'll miss ya man.

P.S.  Sorry...I didn't mean this post to become some kinda epic.  I just apparently missed a lot of thread movement overnight...heh.

If I missed a lot of thread movement overnight, I think I would really be hurting the next morning!

I've had balanced LCD-2 and Beta22 at last meet. Thinking about getting new V2 cable. Will bring my gear to the meet.

Sorry to ask sort of a non-meet related question here but I'm half-thinking about traveling out for this meet and was wondering what sort of weather can be expected for the meet date? In other words, what sort of weather is typical for early October in Seattle? And what's the most ideal time of year to visit Seattle if not October?

Light rain, probably 50-60 if cloudy. July and August are awesome.

We could get a indian summer. Sometimes we have really nice octobers.

Please do, I would very much like to compare how much of an upgrade that setup would be to my current HDP.  I've been looking forward for someone to finally bring some audio gd gear to the meets.

Hrmmm, thanks for the info. Still thinking over possible travel plans - definitely want to visit the NW part of the country sometime but rain would spoil things for me as I'd want to explore downtown Seattle on foot....
