The title says it all, I guess. I have a Sonic Impact T-Amp, and I need some new speakers to go with it. We have a small apartment; the living room/kitchen where they will be is around 300 square feet. I'm looking to get some bookshelf speakers, and I can't spend more than $100 (and would prefer to pay less!). Listening to quite a range of music - mostly classical and electronic, but quite a bit of pop, too. What are some good options?

Beats out the Bose Triport, the HD 202 and HD 435s, the AT M35 and AT M50. Just try it and see. Extremely comfortable (I wear mine while commuting and studying, for about 5+ hours a day). Bought...

I never thought it was possible for such rich sound from a headphone. Simply amazing headphones.

When I first put them on on I though that the highs will blow my head off. My ears got tired after 10 - 15 minutes. I though I would throw them out of the window. But having read some good...

SEE PROS & CONS. NOTE: The clamping factor will obviously differ from person to person, but I'm surprised to find little mention of it, as it is the sole reason I'd never think twice about...

used is probably the best option, imo. Audiogon is a good place to buy used gear.
a couple of options available: Bronze B1 , Celestion 3, you could make them an offer, and if you're lucky they may accept it, I guess

Polk Rti4
These are probably the best speakers for 150$ shipped, very well reviewed and they sound quite good and are built well, just a tad over your budget, but well worth 150 bucks shipped.
Infinity Primus P142 ( Comparable price to Rti4, not necessarily better, but I love the big Primus P362's)
Jamo C401 from Vanns for 80 bucks (compact, ok sounding speakers)

Onkyo speakers from Accessories4less (Havent heard these, but they look decent, cheapest option)
Insignia NSB2111 from Bestbuy (These can sound really good with a few minor tweaks you can find online. Price has gone up a bit, but its still not a bad buy)
