Purchased a used D10 on Craigslist. The guy was a head-fi member and we talked a little. It never occurred to me why he would be selling this on Craigslist rather than here. So when I got home, all audio via DAC is choppy and clipped. So yeah, I got suckered. The price was a good deal used, so I only kind of got ripped off. I emailed iBasso and asked how much they would charge to fix it. They said just the cost of parts, and I pay my own shipping. I had ordered an opamp kit from them and paid for shipping (5 bucks I think). Sent out the package untracked and crossed my fingers. Support was cool, they gave me jpg to print for the address in their language. I shipped via USPS with their English and Chinese address on the package. It arrived safely in 7 working days (AZ, USA to China). iBasso emailed me when they received it. After 1 business day I was emailed back and told that it was just a cap, they replaced it at no charge. I also got expedited shipping home ($22USD, less the $5 I already spent), they put my DAC and opamp kit in the same package, and it was home in 2 days. I officially love these guys, their support was excellent and fair. I would highly recommend.
