What spare parts should I order?

I might need some on hand in case something goes wrong with my M3 and σ11 build. I don't want to fry something only to order them again from Mouser or Digikey. Please rank them from high susceptibility from getting fried to the lowest; this is a determining factor for me so I know how much spare I need to order for an item.

I keep a spare set of chips around. They're the most sensitive to static and accidental overheating with the iron. Everything else is easy to find and you can substitute different brands, but the chips aren't as easy to find or substitute. Also, later on when the chips go OOP, it'll be nice to have a set of spares handy or they might fetch a nice price from someone looking to build one but can't find the chips.

So this is what I've researched so far of commonly blown/fried/destroyed components.

From highest to lowest:

1. Fuses and Transistors

2. Integrated circuits and Diodes

3. Aluminum electrolytic capacitors

4. Other capacitors

5. Resistors

I'd better stock up on fuses and transistors, some IC and Diodes, and a couple aluminum electrolytic caps.
