Brand New replacement from Sennheiser from warranty exchange. Are sealed in retail box.  Comes with Receipt with purchase date of 8-17-09 so the warranty is still good for another year. I was wanting to trade these for something but whatever, I'll just sell them for 40 + shipping. I take paypal. My Ebay Profile.  Phone is (502) 272-1639
