I bought Koss KSC75s and Sennheiser HD448s, shipped to Sydney Australia. I was fine with basic shipping ($5 and a month of shipping time), but they decided in their wisdom to put it on express, $40, ok fine, it got here within the week. But, here's the kicker. The package arrives, and in it, only the Koss KSC75s. So I've just paid $40 of shipping on an item that costs $20.... And the $100 Sennheisers haven't even been delivered. They've forgotten to send them. I mean how can you send half an order!?!?

 

 

Edit: One email and a phone call later and it is all resolved. At least they respond to feedback and their sales guys are decent enough.

I have had good experiences with HeadRoom and I am not one to write negative comments especially about a respected MOT but I feel very strongly about this issue.

 

I purchased Denon D7000 from another member. The cans were recabled by HeadRoom when purchased. When I opened the left driver much to my shock and horror both connections were undoubtedly COLD solder joints! eek.gif I am completely befuddled HeadRoom performed such shoddy soldering. Other than this issue, the remaining parts of the recable were performed very well and the quality of the workmanship was good.
