even if they did, it would be a cold day in hell a sticky would be allowed in the "DIY" forum.  i don't think DIY falls under "family friendly" either.   
 

That's awesome, I've been thinking of building one over the winter and this is going to be very useful.

It would just make life easier to say read this before asking questions... actually I think there used to be a sticky along that line anyway?

One point, though.  My thread (My First Full DIY Amp and it's a b22 o.o) shouldn't be under logs, but under either General or Builder Needed.

Nicely done!  I have no problem searching around, but as you've taken the trouble to put it all in one convenience place, far be it for me not to take advantage of your generosity.

This will help quite a bit on seeing if I have the chops.  I foresee me burning through more money just trying to learn to make it right than if I had just paid someone else to do it for me, but knowledge is priceless.

     I liken searching through threads for info to how I shop in stores. It drives my wife nuts. She'll ask 'Why don't you just ask someone?'.

     My answer is that, in my searching, I just might find something else I need, or an answer to a question I hadn't even asked yet. As they

     say, the destination isn't half as much fun as the journey.  BTW, nice job johnwmclean!
