I'm new to eBay, so I'd like to learn from this: Is the reason you know it's a scam because of the lack of feedback?

 

EDIT: I just saw jjinh's reply so I am guessing that is why. Maybe what someone could do to confirm it's a scam is offer the seller $500. If he accepts the offer, you know he or she is a scammer. :D
