Sound Quality: Xonar D1 + PA2v2 vs Zero DAC/Amp

My budget is pretty much $100-150, so either setup fits. I was just wondering which will provide the best SQ to drive a pair of HD600's?

I've heard decent reviews on the Zero, but some people have also said that the Xonar uses a quality DAC, and the PA2v2 should be better than the Zero's amp...

 

Any ideas/thoughts/comparisons?

Having heard both, I'd personally go with the Zero if you could feed it from onboard SPDIF, or the D1+PA2V2 if you can't.
