Selling a Stax system that's served me well for quite some time. I purchased the headphones brand new in 2007, and purchased the amp second-hand around the same time from a head-fier. Stax warranty cards date the amp's build date in September of 2004.
Headphones are in good condition. Pads have a little bit of a squish factor near the front, but this is just from normal wear (played an MMO in the summertime in Fresno in 2007). It doesn't change the sound any and no change to comfort (actually fits my head better afterwards). Amp is in good audible condition, but there's some tiny spots with paint missing (all are visible in the photos). This set was actually on display at my table for day one of Canjam 2009 and was quite well-received.
Current price is $650 shipped (shipping will be more for international). Willing to give a discount for a local pickup in the LA/Ventura area. I'd be willing to separate the two, but the amplifier would probably need to sell first.
