Hey, all. This is about as straightforward as I can get so here goes. I just recently got into reading lots on head-fi and other general and DIY audio site and forums. So I realize I need to get a new pair of headphones that AREN'T my Senn HD202s. I almost can't stand to listen to them any more. Luckily my PL-30s are holding me over until I can get a decent pair.
That being said, I am ready to make a step up to something better. I would LOVE to get a pair of HD 580s. I've heard them before and I really enjoyed it. Then I found out they were discontinued, so I went on the hunt to find some. Haven't been too lucky. Plus the person I was just planning on purchasing them from dropped out because he wanted to keep them

SO: I am fairly flexible as far as payment methods and such goes. I do have access to a paypal, but I would like to see security in the person I'm buying from.

Side note: If you have any other headphones for sale in the same range of cost, I would be willing to take a look. If this doesn't work out I also figured I could look for a pair of HD 448s or something similar. Anything related to selling of those would be GREAT! Thanks!
