Searching for a 4-pin male XLR to dual 3-pin female XLR adapter

Where can I find a 4-pin male XLR to dual 3-pin female XLR adapter? Are all 4-pin female inputs on amps usually wired the same?

 

I'm thinking of going to an Audio-gd ROC or maybe a LD MK VII+

Would be a lot better to get rid of the 3 pin plugs and fit a 4.

All the 4pin to 3pin xlr adapter are usually diy or bought from a cable builder. I would suggest buying the xlr connectors you need and build your own cable or search around for a cable makers.
