I think its time for me to get another card.  That'll put me at five 16gb micro SD cards.

BTW, PNY makes the Polaroid cards.

Well, different strokes for different folks. I am a multi-DAP owner and user and I prefer to have the music on the devices instead of juggling with tiny memory cards. So I have progressive rock and pop on my Cowon S9 and iRiver H120, progressive metal on my Sansa View and Kenwood, thrash and more extreme metal on the Zen Vision:M and what's left goes on the Creative Zen Touch. Then I just pick the DAP after what listening mood I am in.

Memory cards can be handy though if you are not a DAP collector and only have 1 (or 2) DAP:s and want to have access to a lot of music.

Just remember to always keep your music on an external hard drive or on your computer and not only on the memory cards in case the device corrupts AND your lose the cards or they also are corrupted.

My main objection towards DAP:s and memory cards comes from all the problems my View has given me when I have a card in it. Start up time almost doubles, endless database refreshes, files get multiplied i.e. one file can show up 2, 3, 4 times or more. This is a known bug with the Sansa firmware and it has perhaps been solved in newer players. It might also be different with Rockbox. I have found a solution to files multiplying but the database refreshes are still annoying since they happen even if I have not loaded anything unto the card or even touched it. Anyway, newer DAP:s might work better with memory cards.
