What should I get? 24.50 with shipping and handling.... I was looking at the HARX700's, http://www.buy.com/prod/jvc-ha-rx700-stereo-headphone-connectivity-wired-stereo-over-the-head/q/loc/111/206897541.html#cRevSec they are a little over.

 

I would love if someone could find me a Fiio e3 or similar on the site, I certainly can't... Bit limited selectionally. anything will do, just tell me how to spend it, for maximum benefits!

Uh... I have no idea, but I had them and they sound nice. (Build quality on the other hand...)

Hm... certainly couldn't hurt... What about the ones I posted? Not audiophile quality, but respectful in their own right according to some... Has anyone heard of them? Any opinions? (Someone with over 12,000 posts likely has... That's an amazing number) Or would they be ridiculously outperformed by my still lowly HD 448's?

Never heard them before, but I haven't kept up with headphone audio trends in a long time. Also, one should never equate post count with substance... plenty of useless high count posters and experienced nobodies.

This. Best bang-for-the-buck I've ever encountered in audio. Search for the Kramer mod to bring out their full potential.

 

Be careful with them though, I've had to make a franken-pair out of two sets. One had a bad cable and the other a dead driver.
