I'm completly new to all of this audio stuff, care to tell me which is the better ohm, am i save in presuming the higher, the better?

Atm im reading alot of reviews on all the suggestions. and then ima look into the cheapest deal :) but the Koss and the JVC both had decent reviews. But the Koss are cheaper. So it could be the Koss

The PortaPros are actually quite respectable for the price.  My mom still has a pair, and listening to them briefly this past weekend, they still sounded good to me.  I really don't think you can go wrong with them.  If the KSC75 really is the same driver for less money, I say go for those to start.

Have a couple pair and like 'em a lot for the price.

 

Gift them every Christmas to friends and family members with new MP3 or iPod players.

 

Just bought a couple at eBay for $31 and $32 including USPS Priority shipping from eBay member annamarie7575.
