Any advice from people who have gone through a similar situation? I just recently graduated and have been looking for a part-time job to get by for the next year. Where I'm currently living, getting by means making > $1000. I've been looking for about a month now, applying to a bunch of odd admin. assistant jobs and big box electronic retail stores. I'm looking specifically for part-time. I'll be taking EMT classes at a CC, as I want to join a volunteer firefighting department to see if that'll perhaps lead to a career, so I want to leave some time for that.
