WTB: Driver for Audio Technica ATH-AD700s. (No longer need it, due to awesome Customer Service...

One of the drivers in my ATH-AD700s died and I want to make a small project out of fixing it.

 

I do not know where to simply buy the stand-alone driver for the left cup, so I'm here, hoping one of you guys has a spare AD700 driver or a pair of your own that has only 1 cup working.

 

I know I do not post a ton here, but I'm an old member whose bought stuff here before.

This will be the last bump for me looking for the part.  And this bump is only because I wanted to share with you guys that Dave at the parts department at Audio Technica decided to send me a free speaker after I described my problem.

 

I just wanted to give props where props are due for awesome customer service @ Audio Technica.

I am breaking my promise, just this once, wanted to give you guys an update.  The speaker Dave at AT sent me arrived yesterday, and today I completed my first ever successful headphone repair.  Soldered everything perfect, and remembered how much I missed the sound!

 

I'm sending back the painful DT990 (250)s to Amazon.
