Has anyone experienced poor customer service or even fraud from Headphonia? (Headstage Arrow amp) - Page 2

I have my Arrow HE and it is a wonderful amp but I am waiting for the DAC Stick.

I have no problem waiting for items because he is a one man show and busy with a lot of orders but he has developed a new version of the Arrow while people are facing increasing delays. The old Arrow HE is fantastic and Robert should have been delivering that and getting the DAC Stick happening, that people have also been waiting on for quite a while, instead of developing a new version of an already fantastic product in the Arrow HE that works magnificently already.

Robert needs to focus on satisfying his current customers instead of developing new products and increasing waiting times even further.

BIG X2.

I've been dealing with headphonia (now Headstage) since the eBay days and have always received my gear and been very happy with it. The Arrow is a great amp and I'm sure Robert was caught off guard by the number of orders from around the world. He likely feels his time is better spent building/refining amps than emailing people. I have absolutely no doubt about his honesty when it comes to delivering his product, even if there are some bumps in the road. If you're worried ask for a refund and do without a great amp! He should just use the same caveat that Xin had on his orders...."don't bug me, it will get there when it's ready" (or something to that effect )

Guys, I sent Robert an e-mail yesterday, informing him about the communication problems and he answered me today, telling me he'd send out an e-mail shortly to everyone about the new amplifier.

So we should all know more in a few days....

I see the DAC Stick has been taken off of the Headphonia site.

That's good to hear as I just posted I was going to email him about the same thing in the impressions thread. I'll wait to hear the reply from you instead!

Update: There is a new forum at   Support - HEADPHONIA Forums  where any doubts should be allayed. It would be nice if the OP removed the word "fraud" from the thread title (if possible) as it is not really fair now that there is a general consensus no such thing has happened!
